Trek Under The Stars : A growing constellation
Palliacco's Trek Under The Star is much more than just a fundraising campaign. It is a borad movement of solidarity that brings together individuals, families, volunteers, businesses, local shops, municipalities ans donors, all united by a single purpose: to be there for someone going through a difficult time in their life.
Every person who gets involved becomes a star. That is how our human constellations are formed.
Our goal is to harness the generosity of the region, enabling Palliacco to continue providing services of support, respite care and psychological assistance to those living with cancer, individuals at the end of life, caregivers and those grieving a loss, including children and teenagers.
Connections that make a real impact
Over the past year, more than 14,000 hours of free services wer provided to over 1,000 people acrss the Pays-d'en-Haut, Laurentides and Antoine-Labelle regional county municipalities.
Behind these figures lie thousans of moments of listening, presence, respite and companionship.
And, above all, thousands of human connections.
